Trashy to Artistic - Adam Harvey takes us there

Adam Harvey, a 24 year old interactive designer based in New York, has launched an exhibition which features erotic spam converted into art. Basically he developed a script that pulls text strings from subject lines of spam emails and then maps them to the colours in his erotic images. Thousands of text strings create a version of the original image, which is usually a pornographic image. His exhibition, Save as runs from May 4 -31 at Stain bar in Brooklyn, New York. He is actually creating a new image out of all the subject lines from his RSVP emails for his reception and will reveal the image on May 4.
