Serrenia, a billion-dollar residential development, located on the Red Sea coast and only an hour away from Cairo will be completed for 2008. The complex includes a seven star hotel, residential areas, villas and apartments, a spa, and a massive shopping area called the Hub. The development also boosts a huge marina that can house the biggest yacht.
