Airbus standing seats

Airbus Industries has proposed a standing room concept for flights. Volker Mellert, a physics professor from Geremany, actaully designed the concept. Apparently this seating configuration would be mostly used for short haul flights in densely populated areas. Okay there’s hardly any room now so I guess it would make sense to completely remove that.  This would probably also reduce the amount and size of your carry-ons too.  Ah! I think what they really what to test is our patience.
